Our Policies
Room Rates
Room rates range from $190 – $400 nightly plus tax, based on double occupancy. All rates are subject to state (6%) and local (4%) tax. Prices are subject to change without notice except for reservations secured by a deposit.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is between 3:00 - 6:00 pm unless prior arrangements are made with the innkeeper. Check-out is 11:00 am.
Children
We regret that our accommodations are only suitable for well-behaved children over 12.
Pets
This is Henry and Gracie’s home too so we unfortunately cannot accommodate guest pets at our inn. While you may see them occasionally during your stay, our babies are confined to our personal living quarters and the outdoor areas of the property; they are not allowed into the guest rooms at any time. We are happy to help arrange for nearby pet sitting/boarding during your stay.
Alcohol
You are welcome to bring your own alcoholic beverages with you during your stay. We have limited space available in the great room kitchen area for your convenience.
Reservations & Cancellations
Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly. We will work with you as much as possible understanding life happens–we’ve been there!
Reservations canceled more than 14 days prior to arrival will be refunded in full, less $25 service charge. Reservations canceled within 14 days of arrival will forfeit deposit. However, we do offer a one-time courtesy change where your balance, when paid in full, may be applied toward a future stay within one year. No refunds will be allowed after changing the date of the reservation. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the arrival day will not be eligible for credit towards a future stay; deposit will be forfeited.
When booking all five rooms/whole home, reservations must be canceled 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund, less a 15% service charge. Reservations of all five rooms canceled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit with no refunds or date changes allowed.
No-shows and shortened stays will be charged the full amount of the reservation with no refunds or date changes allowed.
Smoking
For the safety and comfort of all of our guests, we do not allow smoking or candle burning in any of our guestrooms or common areas. Courteous smoking is permitted outside only. Guests smoking in the house will be charged a minimum fee of $200 to return any rooms to a non-smoking status.
